About The Position
A facility near El Paso, Texas is seeking a Charge Nurse to join their Medical Surgical team! This is a full-time, permanent position with a night shift schedule of three, 12-hour shifts. The Charge Nurse will oversee daily operations of the med-surg unit, ensuring safe staffing, patient flow coordination, and adherence to clinical standards. They will also provide leadership to nursing staff by supporting clinical decision-making, resolving unit issues, and ensuring high-quality patient care delivery.
Requirements
- New Mexico or Compact RN License required
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Nice To Haves
- Previous Charge nurse or nurse leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
