Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) - SNF - Evening Shift (7p-11p)

Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic RN/LPN to join our skilled nursing team that is responsible for the overall nursing care/service on his/her shift, including accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated. This very part-time (7p-11p) one weekend day and one weekday every two weeks. Our Health Center has a Great Staff-Resident Ratio currently at an average of 16 residents.
Requirements
- RN or LPN currently licensed by the State.
- At least 6 months nursing experience.
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric involvement is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on their shifts.
- Administers direct care as necessary.
- Gives and receives shift reports.
