About The Position

This position offers the opportunity to develop project management skills in a structured and growing environment. The successful candidate will work alongside a mentor to refine their abilities and progress towards a strategic role. Training will be provided in best practices for project management, client relations, and effective coordination. After 1 to 2 years of training, the individual will join a nearby business center to continue their career in project management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring rigorous follow-up of deadlines, requirements, and deliverables.
Anticipate and manage unforeseen events, finding appropriate solutions to maintain the smooth progress of projects.
Analyze risks and propose adjustments to avoid delays or errors.
Provide accurate quotes to clients and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the procurement of necessary products.
Ensure rigorous follow-up of project-related documents (purchase orders, deliveries, invoicing).
Maintain fluid communication with clients and stakeholders.
Develop strong relationships with suppliers and clients to optimize project management.
