Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering projects, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with company standards and objectives.
• Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of project goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project success.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the engineering team, leveraging lessons learned from previous projects.
