Assist in the day-to-day activities in the Charcuterie Department. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling product selection and packaging, maintaining special orders and party trays, stocking and rotating products, operating department equipment, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. The position also requires adherence to all store rules, company policies, safety guidelines, and health guidelines, as well as knowledge of Weight & Measure Laws.
