For at least the first 6 months, the role focuses largely on preparing, handling, and distributing samples for primary structure studies. As training evolves, the role would increase in responsibility to perform routine and non-routine biochemical characterization analyses of monoclonal antibodies to support pharmaceutical development activities, including peptide mapping, oligosaccharide mapping, and related routine methods. The role also involves collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting analytical data in alignment with departmental standards and project expectations. Maintaining accurate, complete, and timely documentation of assay development, qualification, sample preparation, and data analysis activities is crucial. Support reliable laboratory execution through organized recordkeeping, adherence to applicable procedures, and consistent communication of results and observations.
