CEO Life is seeking entrepreneurial Chapter Presidents to lead exclusive 5-person Executive Leadership Pods. The role involves selling directly to CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives, leading a high-performance team, and architecting a premium executive community. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity where income directly reflects impact. The company aims to unite 50,000 leaders across 150+ U.S. and global chapters by 2030. Chapter Presidents joining now are building income and claiming leadership territory in a movement.

  • Skilled at operating independently while building and leading a high-performance team.
  • Track record of executive-level business development, sales, or entrepreneurship.
  • Credibility and presence to engage the most influential decision-makers in the market as a peer.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build authentic trust with CEOs and senior leaders.
  • Leadership experience coordinating teams or managing complex, results-driven initiatives.
  • Unwavering commitment to member experience excellence at the C-suite level.
  • Ability to balance personal executive sales performance with chapter-wide leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Sales Leadership: Lead by example on the sales floor, personally prospect, engage, and close CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives, and coach Chapter Directors to do the same.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide four Chapter Directors across specialized industry verticals, set the standard for executive outreach, discovery conversations, and enrollment, and coach the team to consistently close 3-10+ executive-level members per month.
  • Executive Event Execution: Organize and host monthly signature events designed exclusively for CEOs, Founders, and C-suite leaders, drive attendance, create transformational peer experiences, and use events as pipeline opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate sponsorship opportunities and collaborative relationships that generate additional revenue and deepen CEO Life's footprint in the market.
  • Chapter Culture & Member Experience: Foster an environment where executive members feel genuinely connected, supported, and valued, as member retention begins with relationships built from day one.
  • Operational Excellence: Track all prospecting activity, member interactions, and pipeline data in CRM systems, document consistently, and maintain a clean, active pipeline of executive prospects.
