YPR is a national, peer-led organization that serves youth and young adults in recovery from substance use disorder, aiming to improve access to resources such as housing, education, and employment that sustain long-term recovery. YPR envisions a world where all young people have the resources they need to thrive in recovery from addiction to drugs and alcohol. The organization's mission is to provide the life skills and peer support to help people recover from substance use disorder and reach their full potential. YPR Chapters support individuals in or seeking recovery by providing community-based recovery support services and advocating on local and state levels for greater access to these services and other effective recovery resources. This peer-based network relies on quarterly workshops, monthly pro-social events, and regular all-recovery meetings. This is a part-time position, typically allocated approximately fifteen (15) hours per week, with duties and time commitments varying based on grant requirements and program needs.
