About The Position

CEO Life is a private, invite-only membership community for CEOs, founders, and leaders seeking more than just a network. It's a space for ambitious individuals to connect through various experiences, from happy hours and business round tables to fine dining, theatre, concerts, and destination trips. The organization believes in building trust first, which naturally leads to opportunity. Membership is by application and invitation only, with a mission to Gather, Grow, and Give in every city. The Las Vegas chapter is being built, and the company is seeking four Chapter Directors to establish it. These individuals will be part of a five-person Executive Leadership Pod responsible for shaping the chapter's presence, culture, tone, and rhythm. They will be supported by the brand, systems, and national momentum of CEO Life, with the opportunity to build a recurring income stream from member enrollments.

Requirements

Real relationships with founders, CEOs, and executives in Las Vegas.
A track record in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship.
High emotional intelligence and a natural instinct for connecting people.
Presence that earns respect in a room full of decision-makers.
Independence to run their own book of business.
Character to make a team better.
Genuine belief in depth over display, connection over transaction.

Responsibilities

Curate membership by inviting the right people and protecting the integrity of the group.
Build authentic relationships within their industry niche.
Enroll 3–10+ new members monthly (top performers average 7+).
Host and drive attendance to the chapter's signature monthly experiences.
Collaborate with the Pod to create memorable member experiences.
Compound income through built relationships.
Manage membership enrollments and renewals.
Secure partnerships and sponsorships.
