About The Position
The Chaplain works with other members of the Spiritual Services staff to provide spiritual care to patients, visitors, and health care staff at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital. This is a per-diem, onsite position at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. An undergraduate degree from an accredited college, university, or theological school and satisfactory completion of at least one accredited unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE), or its equivalent, are required. Four CPE units are preferred. Relevant faith community or chaplaincy experience, written ecclesiastical endorsement for ministry in a specialized setting, and ordination or commissioning to provide spiritual care are preferred.
Requirements
- Completion of an undergraduate degree from a college, university, or theological school accredited by a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
- Satisfactory completion of a minimum of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by ACPE or NACC, or its equivalent.
