Requirements

H.S. Diploma - Required
2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity.
Valid Drivers License - Required
Early-career sales professionals with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
Comfort with high activity, fast cycles, and transactional deal sizes
Resilience, drive, and competitive motivation
Coachability and ability to quickly apply feedback
Experience working toward goals or quotas (sales or similar environments) and demonstrated leadership experience—whether through work, school, nonprofits, fraternities/sororities, clubs, or other organizations (for example, serving as a treasurer, team lead, or project lead)

Responsibilities

Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
