About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for Channel and Retail, US Operations – Summer Internship. The primary responsibilities will include Website review of key customer accounts to determine inaccuracies and areas of opportunity for enhanced customer shopping experience. The person will be asked to coordinate with internal marketing teams, present findings, and offer solutions to accounts. This is a field based/remote position. Minimal travel required outside of educational opportunities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Student studying Marketing/Communications, Business or Animal
• Success in navigating websites
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, speaking/presentation, interpersonal)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team-based environment, align with and influence internal and external stakeholders, and build / manage relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Uses analytics and insights to enhance decision-making and tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Visit each accounts website, review Zoetis product listed, ensure accuracy of item description and imagery.
• Log all inaccuracies in an excel file.
• Coordinate with Cattle and Equine Marketing to create a “package” to resolve all identified problems.
• Coordinate a marketing call with the account to present and enhance the websites
• Work with NAM team on area’s of opportunity to improve customer buying experience on websites.
• Work with Marketing team to identify better opportunities for continued compliance of customer websites representing Zoetis brands.
