About Our Internship Program: Throughout your internship, you will have regular events, weekly lunch and learn sessions, and receive customized training from our business units. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into supporting the needs of Stanley Black & Decker both in the US and abroad. The interns will gain first-hand exposure to Stanley Black & Decker and have the opportunity to build a cross-functional professional network. Interns are expected to adapt to change and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and confidence. Interns must be team-oriented and collaborative. The Job: During your internship, you will have the opportunity to support the Channel Marketing for MAC Tools with key activities including: Provide support to senior leaders related to project portfolio management within cross-functional teams. Data collection and analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing consumer data from various sources, such as surveys, market research reports, and customer feedback, to identify patterns, trends, and consumer preferences. Assist in the maintenance of major product lines in retail, commercial, and industrial settings. Assist with pricing, promotional strategies, and merchandising strategies working with field sales team to conduct competitive analysis. Aids in analysis of the product lifecycle process. You will have exposure to several areas of the Marketing and Product functions at Stanley Black & Decker. You will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects with a cross-functional team of professionals, including those dedicated to iconic brands such as DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®.

Requirements

  • Be a rising junior or senior with a target graduation date of 2027 or 2028 .
  • Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics,, or other related fields.
  • Maintains strong academic credentials.
  • Exemplifies strong collaboration, excellent time management, problem-solving capabilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts.
  • Successfully manages strong academics alongside extracurricular activities.
