Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Channel Led Projects Leader, located near one of Schneider Electric’s US Hub locations or Centers of Excellence. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage multiple package and service projects while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Channel Projects, Order Specialist is accountable for the execution of post-order conversion requests from the distribution/channel partner who serves as the Project Manager of the order. The Order Specialist develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within Schneider Electric to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. The Order Specialist facilitates order maintenance and corrective action to address customers' project needs. Order maintenance activities include but are not limited to change orders; warranty claims; expedited requests; shipping re-consignments; coordination of services and system studies; freight claims; post-delivery quality issues; and claims resolution. This customer-facing role requires demonstrated account management and relationship development experience. The Order Specialist, while assigned a primary area of responsibility, is part of a regional team that is collectively responsible for the timely resolution of customer requests. This position will require you to have the ability to work in either Eastern or Central time zones.
