About The Position

Blueprint is a technology solutions firm headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, with teams across the United States. We help organizations turn complex challenges into meaningful outcomes by connecting strategy and execution across AI, cloud, data, product development, and emerging technology. Our culture is built by people who care deeply about doing exceptional work. We set high standards, take ownership, and continually challenge ourselves and one another to be better. We work hard, support each other, and take genuine pride in what we deliver for our clients, partners, and teams. At Blueprint, you’ll work alongside talented people with different experiences, expertise, and perspectives. You’ll have opportunities to take on meaningful challenges, expand your skills, and see the impact of what you build. Bring your perspective. Raise the standard. Build what matters. In This Role You will drive revenue growth through a portfolio of channel partners by strengthening their sales capabilities, improving pipeline execution, and ensuring opportunities receive timely follow-up. Rather than directly owning end-customer relationships, you will enable partner sellers with targeted account insights, sales plays, pricing guidance, competitive positioning, and deal support. You will serve as a key connection point across partner sales teams, internal stakeholders, and distribution resources. Success requires a combination of partner relationship management, sales operations, data-driven targeting, and the ability to build repeatable processes in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
  • 8–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, channel management, partner sales, or sales operations.

  • Strong knowledge of pipeline management, opportunity progression, and sales performance metrics.
  • Experience developing account-targeting strategies, propensity models, or sales coverage plans.
  • Experience enabling partner sellers through training, sales materials, and recurring pipeline reviews.
  • Ability to manage lead routing, ownership, follow-up expectations, and closed-loop reporting.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across sales representatives, partner leadership, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and create structure in an ambiguous or evolving environment.
  • Must be local to Chicago, Illinois, and available to work onsite as needed under a hybrid arrangement.

  • Assign leads to the appropriate partner sellers with clear context, recommended next steps, and follow-up expectations.
  • Monitor lead activity from assignment through resolution and maintain accurate closed-loop reporting.
  • Conduct recurring pipeline reviews to evaluate coverage, deal aging, conversion rates, account ownership, and seller activity.
  • Equip partner sellers with sales plays, call guides, competitive positioning, pricing information, and objection-handling resources.
  • Onboard and enable new partner sellers to reduce ramp time and increase active selling participation.
  • Support deal registration, special pricing requests, incentive programs, and internal approval processes.
  • Identify and resolve barriers affecting deal progression, including supply, pricing, approval, and operational issues.
  • Partner with analytics resources to translate reporting into clear account-level actions, owners, and deadlines.
