About The Position

This role is designed for a strategic and results-oriented marketing professional to lead global channel marketing initiatives that drive partner engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue. The Channel Marketing Program Manager will design, execute, and optimize programs that enable partners to succeed while collaborating with sales, field marketing, and internal stakeholders. The role requires balancing analytical insights with creative campaign development, managing incentive programs, and providing tools and resources that enhance partner performance. You will play a key role in shaping marketing strategies that impact global partners and contribute directly to business objectives. This position offers exposure to cross-functional teams, global programs, and high-visibility initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner programs, or B2B marketing, preferably in ISV or CSP environments.
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, partner business models, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing MDF programs, SPIFF incentives, and partner portals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable pipeline impact through partnerships and programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using KPIs to guide decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile, and highly cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, field marketing, and partner enablement best practices.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple timelines and projects independently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize scalable channel marketing programs that support partner-initiated business growth.
  • Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) programs, ensuring compliance, ROI tracking, and budget alignment.
  • Oversee SPIFF incentive programs, including monitoring participation, validating claims, and recommending improvements.
  • Create partner toolkits, training resources, and enablement materials to support partner marketing capabilities.
  • Lead partner communications and engagement initiatives, such as newsletters, webinars, and enablement events.
  • Track program performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including channel sales, field marketing, product marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
