The primary focus is on executing ACM’s strategic priorities with top-tier partners while leading and implementing sales plans to achieve financial objectives. The NDAM is tasked with transforming these relationships into long-term strategic partnerships. This role collaborates across multiple functions to design and deliver programs that accelerate sales, strengthen distributor engagement, and create a robust pipeline of ongoing opportunities
