About The Position

Enthuse is an education-led marketing agency dedicated to teaching the world to love client brands. As one of the fastest-growing WBENC-certified, 100% women-owned and led marketing agencies in the United States, we are seeking passionate individuals to create engaging content and unforgettable experiences. This role focuses on driving commercial performance across a territory for a large portfolio of spirit brands by understanding the on-premise landscape, identifying growth opportunities, and translating market intelligence into actionable business solutions. The Channel Developer, On-Premise will leverage brand programming, industry insights, education, and agency resources to support market growth strategies, strengthen portfolio performance, and identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based within a 30-minute commuting distance of the designated market.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the bev-alc industry.
  • Growing network of industry professionals in market.
  • Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules.
  • Interest in growing knowledge in spirits history/production and cocktail culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Persuasive selling and negotiation skills are required to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to tailor communications for a variety of on-premise environments.
  • Deep understanding of market and industry trends.
  • Strong budget management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel on an ad hoc basis including nights and weekends required.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation to travel to and from accounts.
  • Desire for mentorship and willingness to contribute to team culture.
  • Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Distributor or broker experience is a plus.
  • Bar/restaurant/hotel operator experience a plus.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish-speaking) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all legal and marketing code guidelines.
  • Drive brand presence, share, and velocity in accounts using strategic engagement activities and business-focused solutions.
  • Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data.
  • Gain insight to consumer trends to inform customer engagement sessions.
  • Identify merchandising opportunities by understanding portfolio priorities.
  • Complete accurate and timely management of agency initiatives including budget and expense management, all reporting responsibilities, tracking and management of performance data using agency-appointed platforms, and participation in all internal training initiatives.
  • Manage point of sale, asset and warehouse.
  • Curate brand, market, competitive and customer insights.
  • Serve as key liaison between the portfolio, distributor, manager and customers for the accounts within the coverage territory.
  • Develop/deepen knowledge in spirits across several categories and skills in verbal and written presentation.
