Channel Cell Operator - 1st Shift As a Channel Cell Operator, you are a crucial part of the Allegion team, responsible for operating machines in a safe manner per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Set up tooling or station based on SOP. Monitor processes as parts are being produced to ensure quality and accuracy documenting the operations performed. Verify all operations have been inspected and completed before moving completed parts to next work cell. Organize and maintain the work area. Maintain all the machines as instructed by the preventative maintenance documentation. Performs advanced tasks under minimal supervision. May assist less experienced team members that help create peace of mind by pioneering safety and security. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, this is the role for you. Requirements

  • Manufacturing experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle complex issues and problems.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass all required drug screen and background checks.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Manual dexterity.
