Reporting to the National Business Development Manager, you will lead customer engagement across the Healthcare & Government channel, identifying new growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering outstanding commercial results. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding Nestlé Professional's market presence while driving sustainable revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of products and solutions. This role offers the chance to work with some of Australia's largest healthcare providers, government organisations, distributors, and industry partners, helping to shape successful outcomes for both customers and Nestlé Professional.

Requirements

5+ years' experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-site customer networks.
A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Experience managing large tenders, contract negotiations, and national agreements.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and forecasting experience.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
The ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organisation.

Nice To Haves

Experience within foodservice, healthcare, government, FMCG, hospitality, or related industries will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic channel growth plans that deliver sustainable sales and profitability.
Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, government organisations, distributors, and key decision-makers.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, tenders, contracts, and partnership agreements.
Develop and execute customer account plans to drive growth across multiple product categories.
Analyse customer, market, and channel insights to identify trends and unlock commercial opportunities.
Lead contract negotiations and manage large-scale tenders and national agreements.
Deliver accurate sales forecasting and effectively manage business performance against targets.
Partner closely with Marketing, Category, Field Sales, Beverage Solutions, and other cross-functional stakeholders to execute winning commercial strategies.
