About The Position

Assists with converting the Arena from one function to another, such as from basketball to concerts, theater, meetings, and other types of functions. This role involves following supervisor directions to set up and break down stages, seating, tables, and ramps. Additionally, it includes assisting with fixing seats, grounds clean-up, snow removal, and performing light cleaning and housekeeping duties. The position requires adherence to all safety precautions and emergency procedures, and reporting any safety or damage concerns to the Manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Operational knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Desire to work hard to produce consistent, quality results.
• Must have ability to take/follow directions and remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through with a “can do” attitude.
• Must be able to hear and speak to use a two-way radio.
