About The Position

Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. In this position you are a member of the Changeover Crew. Duties required converting the facility from hockey mode to concert or basketball/soccer and back. Any event-oriented preparation/setup required for shows or sporting events to run safely and efficiently and other duties as assigned. This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 - $20.00. This position will remain open until November 27, 2026.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift heavy objects often.
- Must be comfortable wearing safety footwear.
Nice To Haves
- Related experience desired but not required.
- Knowledge of staging and production equipment is desired.
- Available to work flexible hours preferred, including daytime, evenings, and overnights (mostly overnights).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for working as part of a team to convert and prepare the arena for events.
- Installing/removing ice covering, staging, risers, and basketball courts.
- Handle folding chairs, stacking chairs, tables of various shapes and sizes, drapery, and skirting.
- Assist, when necessary, with pre/post-event cleaning, including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing, and carpet cleaning.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with other departments, clients, and patrons encountered in the course of employment.
- Work effectively under pressure and stringent schedules to produce accurate results.
- Other duties as assigned.
