REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Changeover Coordinator in Winston – Salem, North Carolina.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging operations, including product feeding, production, packing, filter operations, case packing, and product flow.
Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other computer applications relevant to manufacturing operations.
Effective leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
A proactive and highly engaged approach to work, with the ability to remain flexible and adapt to change.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP and MES 1 or MES 2.
Forklift operating experience.
Experience supporting shipping and receiving activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead all changeovers on finished product as required by the production schedule.
Address quality or material issues to meet production requirements.
Perform procedures and work assignments in keeping with all safety rules and work instructions.
Communicate effectively with peers and management.
Focus on continuous improvement efforts and assist in developing and implementing action plans in support of Making and Packing goals/initiatives.
Build inventory management skills and take part in inventory cycle counts.
