The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Providing coordination and assistance to machine operators in changing over their machines. Design procedures for, and provide training to, production operators on tasks that are transferred from maintenance or C.O.T. to production. Maintain service and track inventories of rolls and dies for the coating operation. Assist in the removal of obstacles and roadblocks that hinder the transfer of tasks from maintenance to production. Develop and deliver training to production operators on maintenance task transfers, troubleshooting, and new equipment installations and/or modifications. Interact with customers (production, warehouse, office, engineering, and maintenance) at all levels, in a professional and courteous manner in both informal and formal settings.

Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Experience as a coater operator
Minimum of 3 years production experience

Responsibilities

Interact with customers (production, warehouse, office, engineering, and maintenance) at all levels, in a professional and courteous manner in both informal and formal settings.
Maintain service and track inventories of rolls and dies for the coating operation.
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
