About The Position

We're looking for a Change Manager who loves turning complexity into clarity and helping people successfully navigate change. You'll work across a variety of business and technology initiatives, making sure our people understand what's changing, why it matters, and how to make it part of the way they work every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building practical plans, engaging stakeholders, coaching leaders, and driving real adoption and business outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering organisational or technology change initiatives
Experience developing communications, engagement, training, and adoption approaches
Confidence coaching leaders and supporting teams through change
Experience working in project or programme environments
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Nice To Haves

Exposure to change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar would be helpful but isn't essential

Responsibilities

Assessing change impacts and readiness across projects and initiatives
Developing practical change, communication, engagement, and training plans
Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Coaching leaders to effectively lead their teams through change
Identifying and managing change risks and resistance
Embedding and monitoring adoption to ensure benefits are realised
Supporting continuous improvement of Ando's change frameworks, tools, and templates
Creating clear, practical change artefacts that help drive successful outcomes
