Job Summary: As a Senior Change Manager, you’ll establish partnerships with business leaders across the enterprise and refine and apply The Standard’s customized people-centered change management methodology, showing the value change management capabilities can bring to an organization undergoing significant changes to process, technology, organizational structures, and products that will deliver customer value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 7-10 years of experience delivering end to end change management leveraging known/established methodologies.
  • CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certified (required)

Responsibilities

  • Define and grow the discipline of change management across the company by leveraging the Standard’s structured methodology to lead consistent change strategy design and execution to ensure the unique needs of each change are met
  • Collaborate with key leaders and partners across the enterprise to ensure successful change sponsorship.
  • Facilitate the completion and creation of practical change management deliverables
  • Model change management behavior and engage in peer learning and coaching with other change resources in the change management office.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner for leaders and provide guidance when strategizing
  • Expand and fortify our change management methodology by being a credible resource for best practices in change management.
