About The Position

The IT Project Manager III is responsible for leading, planning, managing and directing change management activities across complex clinical, operational, and enterprise technology initiatives. This role partners closely with Project Managers, operational leaders, and DTP stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of change through structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning. Responsible for maintaining working relationships with client functional areas outside of IT. S/he is required to achieve the objectives of concurrent projects, with enterprise-wide impact by applying established change management methodologies to assess organizational impact, develop and execute change plans, and support leaders and end users throughout the change lifecycle for large scale projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading, planning, managing and directing change management activities.
  • Experience partnering with Project Managers, operational leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning.
  • Experience maintaining working relationships with client functional areas outside of IT.
  • Experience applying established change management methodologies to assess organizational impact, develop and execute change plans, and support leaders and end users throughout the change lifecycle for large scale projects.
