About The Position

As a Change Management Strategist, you will partner with clients to navigate complex organizational change and accelerate adoption of new ways of working. You will clarify strategic priorities, diagnose organizational challenges, and design integrated change strategies that align people, processes, technology, and culture. You’ll assess change readiness, stakeholder impacts, and organizational risks to deliver solutions that strengthen performance and advance mission outcomes. Grounded in proven change management methodologies, you will apply both qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop actionable recommendations and guide clients through the full lifecycle of change. Working with limited supervision, you’ll support enterprise transformation efforts, lead change execution activities, and occasionally mentor junior team members. As a Change Management Strategist, you will help clients close the gap between their current state and their desired future state by designing and executing structured, human-centered change strategies. Leveraging experience in organizational effectiveness, human capital, strategic communications, or strategic planning, you will guide organizations through change practices such as change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing change management strategies, communications, and training approaches that enable employees and leaders to adopt new processes, technologies, and behaviors. You will facilitate sponsor and stakeholder engagement, prepare leadership for their roles in change, and create materials that increase awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement across the workforce. You will also measure the effectiveness of change activities, identify risks and resistance, and recommend adjustments to improve adoption and sustainment. Operating with limited supervision, you will bring curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-paced environment by rapidly developing and refining concepts that drive meaningful, lasting transformation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex organizational challenges and is motivated by helping clients achieve sustainable, mission-driven change. Join us. The world can’t wait.
