About The Position

This role supports organizational change management activities across enterprise transformation initiatives. The Associate Change Analyst assists in planning, developing, and executing change management deliverables to help employees adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Working under guidance, this role contributes to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities while developing foundational change management knowledge. The Intermediate Change Analyst executes organizational change management activities independently on assigned workstreams, partnering with Change Managers, project teams, and stakeholders to drive awareness, readiness, adoption, and business outcomes. This role contributes to developing change strategies and leads the execution of key change management deliverables across multiple initiatives. The Senior and Lead Change Analyst roles serve as senior change practitioners responsible for leading organizational change management activities across large-scale transformation initiatives. They partner closely with Change Managers and project leadership to develop and execute change strategies, provide guidance to junior analysts, and drive organizational readiness, adoption, and value realization. These roles operate with a high degree of independence and serve as trusted advisors to project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

Responsibilities
