Aptive seeks an experienced Change Management Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in executing the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Restructure for Impact and Sustainability Effort (RISE). This role supports enterprise-wide transformation to improve organizational alignment, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality Veteran care. The Change Management Lead supports VHA-wide change management across RISE implementation workstreams and guides stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and risk mitigation for a successful transition to a new organizational model. This role ensures change management practices are integrated across all phases of implementation and aligned with program objectives and leadership priorities.
