About The Position

Billigence is supporting a large-scale MDM transformation programme and we are looking for a Change Management Lead to drive adoption of the new MDM operating model and align in-flight programmes to emerging enterprise data standards.

This role is critical in embedding MDM as a business process and ensuring consistent adoption across teams and programmes. The successful candidate will need to be in the office at least once per week.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading change management on large-scale data or technology transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder mapping, communications, and training design skills
• Experience working across complex, multi-team programme environments
• Ability to identify and manage misalignment risks across in-flight projects
• Confident facilitator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with data governance or MDM is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the adoption plan needed to embed MDM as a business process
• Develop and execute a communications strategy across stakeholder audiences
• Design and deliver training approaches for Owners, Stewards, and Custodians
• Define and run the BAU governance cadence including forums, decision routes, and escalation
• Coordinate in-flight programmes against emerging MDM standards and manage misalignment risks
• Maintain a single dependency and decisions register tracking standards applied and transition impacts
• Develop the engagement model for ongoing alignment between MDM SMEs and project teams
