About The Position

The Change Management & Communications Specialist will work with business units across a large, matrixed organization to guide and influence change within key projects and transformations. This role partners with internal clients to understand upcoming people, process, system, behavior, and culture changes, and is responsible for building and driving the change plans, artifacts, communications, and deliverables needed to support successful adoption.

Requirements

Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, transformation leadership, or strategic communication OR Master's degree and 2-3 years of experience
Comparable backgrounds: Change Management consultant, communications representative, public relations specialist, program manager, or executive coach
Verbal and written communication
Ability to lead without authority
Problem-solving and adaptability
Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and similar software
Knowledge of organizational change management principles
Ability to work independently
Ability to influence and convince stakeholders
Confidence facilitating presentations and workshops

Nice To Haves

Ability to make real-time writing and design edits while sharing screen

Responsibilities

Partner with internal clients across business units to understand and plan for upcoming change (people, process, system, behavior, or culture)
Develop and drive Change Management plans, including all associated artifacts, communications, and deliverables
Facilitate working team meetings, driving action items while sharing screen with attendees
Influence and guide change adoption, including engaging senior leadership on the importance of change management
Research and interview project stakeholders to develop accurate, well-informed rollout communications
Design supporting materials in MS PowerPoint for change rollouts
Review and edit communications to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Coordinate activities and timelines to ensure consistent, timely execution of change implementation plans
Gather feedback and measure change adoption through surveys, interviews, and focus groups
Apply strong analytical thinking to solve problems as they arise throughout each initiative
