About The Position

As the Change Management & Business Adoption Lead, you will drive a culture of change agility across GBM. This role leads the integration of change adoption and strategy so that new tools and processes are not only defined—but understood, adopted, and continuously improved across a global network. What You Will Achieve Leading end-to-end change management for GBM transformation initiatives and business processes, this includes impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, change strategy development, communication planning, capability building, and reinforcement mechanisms to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors. Monitoring adoption of transformation activities and adjusting change management approaches to ensure progress. Designing and directing systems that capture, organize, and share project knowledge to improve decision-making, compliance, and operational efficiency to sustain new business program, approaches and processes. Leading the development and execution of stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans (global + site-level), and knowledge management and capability-building programs. Providing coaching to leaders and teams on leading through change, embedding new behaviors and leveraging new systems, processes and tools effectively. Leading or supporting the design and implementation of transformation initiatives in processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, data integrity principles, and business value objectives. Partnering with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to assess readiness, manage impacts, and drive sustainable adoption of transformation initiatives. Benchmarking internally and externally to identify best practices and integrate relevant learnings into processes, systems, and ways of working. Monitoring change adoption through KPIs, feedback loops, and behavioral insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management for complex transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness assessment, communication strategy, capability development, and sustainment in regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across global, cross-functional, and matrixed organizations, including engagement with senior stakeholders; anticipating and leading others through ambiguity by continuously creating context and engaging individuals in what it means for them.
  • Significant experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, including substantial exposure to quality, compliance, inspection readiness, and/or operational excellence within regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable impact in regulated environments, including the ability to translate strategy into execution and sustainable outcomes.
  • Experience developing and utilizing metrics / KPI reporting and governance frameworks to monitor performance, drive accountability, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, including experience managing multiple initiatives, prioritizing workload, and driving execution through structured governance routines.
  • Demonstrated innovation, flexibility, open-mindedness, and adaptability to meet objectives in a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities.
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting transformations, IMEx, digital, or process standardization.
  • Experience working across global manufacturing sites or matrixed organizations.
  • Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, IMEx, OPEX) to drive measurable process simplification, efficiency gains, and sustainable compliance improvements.
  • Experience driving business transformation, PMO, or governance models, including portfolio management, milestone tracking, performance reporting, and cross-functional execution discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively across diverse, global, and matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the change management strategy for GBM Transformation initiatives, including new processes, system enhancements, policy updates, organizational changes, and AI/digital and continuous improvement programs.
  • Partner with team members, global leaders, sites, and markets to ensure changes are implemented consistently while allowing for appropriate local deployment considerations.
  • Assess change saturation, risk, and organizational readiness to reduce disruption and improve adoption.
  • Lead stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and engagement strategies for global and site-level audiences.
  • Develop communication plans tailored to executive leaders, process owners, site teams, manufacturing colleagues, and other impacted users.
  • Create adoption strategies that go beyond awareness, focusing on behavior change, role clarity, capability building, and sustained process performance.
  • Partner with AI Acceleration/Transformation Office and FRAME PWOW and other teams to ensure project knowledge is accessible, current, controlled, and aligned.
  • Establish feedback loops with sites, functions, and end users to identify adoption barriers and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify systemic barriers to adoption and recommend improvements to governance, communication, documentation, or training approaches.
