About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Change Enablement Manager (ITSM) to join our Service Engagement function in a dynamic, newly established team, working onsite full-time with our State Government customer in Perth, WA. In this role, you will own the end-to-end process, ensuring effective governance, risk control, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across the customer environment. As the Change Enablement Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to govern change processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards, while enhancing service performance and minimising risk.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience owning or leading ITSM Change Management processes in a complex enterprise or managed services environment.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management practices, governance, risk assessment, compliance controls, and service assurance.
  • Experience defining, measuring, and improving change KPIs, reporting, and process maturity, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consistent process adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow change workflows, reporting, and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continually improve the end-to-end Change Enablement process, including governance, standards, workflows, and controls across the customer environment.
  • Govern standard, normal, and emergency change processes, including CAB oversight, change evaluation, approval quality, scheduling, and implementation readiness.
  • Ensure robust assessment of change risk, impact, implementation planning, and backout readiness, while coordinating release activities to minimise business disruption.
  • Provide reporting and insights on key change metrics, trends, risks, and compliance outcomes, and drive continual service improvement initiatives to improve process maturity.
  • Partner with release, incident, problem, and service teams to embed effective change governance, improve change quality, and support stable service delivery outcomes.
