About The Position

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, program coordination, or transformation delivery
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with comfort engaging diverse audiences
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives involving behavioral, process, or system change
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and working with senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to connect people, process, and technology impacts
  • Passion for creating and sustaining a positive culture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in talent engagement or cultural initiatives
  • Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., Senn Delaney principles)
  • Experience supporting ERP, digital, or operational transformation programs
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and thrive in evolving environments
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to change
  • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Monitor resource interdependencies across workstreams and provide visibility to leadership
  • Partner with project teams to identify and support Change Agents, Business Readiness Leads, and Super Users
  • Maintain a view of change-related resource capacity to ensure readiness for training, testing, and communications
  • Align project timelines and resourcing with adoption milestones in collaboration with the PMO
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding using a consistent playbook; refine and improve processes as needed
  • Present onboarding sessions with clarity and confidence, setting the tone for program culture
  • Champion cultural initiatives aligned with the program’s vision and support talent engagement activities
  • Contribute to the refinement of tools and processes that increase visibility into resource needs

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography
