About The Position

Conduent is seeking a Change Coordinator to Support Module Change Control Board (MCCB) Chair/Vice Chair by providing materials to facilitate CCB meetings. This position is contingent upon the award of a government contract. Recruiting and interviewing activities may occur prior to contract award; however, employment and start dates are subject to contract award, funding, customer approval requirements, and/or satisfaction of any applicable pre-employment conditions.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience as a Change Manager or Change Coordinator
  • Expert MS Project skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Expert/Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or business administration. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Working knowledge of IT best practices and regulations, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ITIL Change Management methodology.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support Module Change Control Board (MCCB) Chair/Vice Chair by providing materials to facilitate CCB meetings
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Change Control Manager
  • Ensure all stakeholders have supporting documentation prior to meetings for discussions. (MCCB, ECCB, CAB)
  • Review all CRs for completeness before CAB and ECCB meetings
  • Agree to meet documented due dates and notify the Enterprise Change Manager prior to any delays; this includes, but is not limited to, due dates related to documentation submissions/review, as well as Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) due dates related to specific Change Request
  • Monitor and report on all CRs and ECRs for delays, impacts, risks, testability, traceability, and schedule changes and/or updates to the Enterprise CCM
  • Communication with impacted Module Contractors on ECRs
  • Follow up on open CRs to drive them to completion
  • Ensure requested changes align with the operational goals and objectives defined for the Module
