About The Position

This position ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data across enterprise systems by maintaining item records, bills of materials, and routes. The role supports change management and controlled-document processes, prepares product data submissions for external agencies, and provides day-to-day data and system assistance. It also performs system searches, generates reports, verifies data accuracy across systems, and participates in process improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively as both a team member and an independent contributor.
• Ability to use a computer for extended periods throughout an 8–10-hour workday.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in operations or information technology preferred.
• Two years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Working knowledge of PDM systems, preferably SolidWorks PDM.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain item data in the ERP system for new and updated products.
• Create, update, and maintain bills of materials and manufacturing routes.
• Support and assist with Change Management activities.
• Prepare and transmit product data submissions to external agencies.
• Facilitate the change processes for controlled documents.
• Perform system searches and generate reports.
• Verify data accuracy across various systems.
• Support day-to-day operations by providing data and system-related assistance.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
• Perform other similar or related activities as requested.
