About The Position

As a Counter Manager, you will embody the values of the Brand by creating a unique and personal one-to-one client experience in-store. You will generate maximum sales volume while providing superior client service and relate to customer needs ensuring repeat sales and loyal customers. Responsibilities

  • Provide superior client service by demonstrating interest, courtesy, and sincerity.
  • Extend exceptional client care to every customer through consultations.
  • Use your selling skills that relates to customer needs.
  • Achieve sales goals planned for the year for your Fragrance & Beauty account.
  • Increase the customer base and build business for the future.
  • Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
  • Providing the Chanel ultimate luxury client experience.
  • Achieving sales plan.
