About The Position

This position supports the Chain Sales team by resolving turnback issues, maintaining spreadsheets, and updating items, pricing, and orders involving chain accounts. It involves handling confidential information, preparing reports, and maintaining communication with various teams. The role requires previous administrative experience and will be based at the Kalamazoo Headquarters, Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some college education preferred
  • Administrative experience
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot Tables) and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail while working within deadlines
  • Communication skills to clearly provide information in writing, by phone or in person
  • Self-starter, highly motivated with a high productivity level
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Update chain pricing contracts
  • Research and resolve product turnback issues including running reports and communicating issues
  • Submit purchase orders and schedule deliveries to certain chain stores
  • Complete and submit new item forms
  • Update pricing and notify chains through spreadsheets and software
  • Send upcoming order reports
