This position is for a Chain Maker Trainee who must be able to work all three shifts. The role involves completing a formal 6-month training program with both classroom and hands-on instruction. Trainees will learn to operate machine sets in their assigned work cell, adhere to safety policies, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain housekeeping standards. Key responsibilities include ensuring product quality specifications are met, accurately completing process and quality documentation, and performing material handling duties for raw and finished goods. The role also requires effective teamwork with other operators in the assigned work cell, strong problem-solving and reasoning skills, and the ability to interpret technical instructions. Additionally, employees must communicate respectfully, work with limited supervision, and perform other assigned duties.
