About The Position

We are hiring licensed Caregivers for quick start opportunities in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, Morris, Somerset and Union County. We offer quick onboarding, training, and scheduling. Our pay rate is above the industry average, and we provide comprehensive orientations and case training. We hire individuals who have completed CH-HHA courses with a license in progress, and we provide POE verification for the Board of Nursing. We also hire qualified CNAs and PCAs who will obtain their NJ CH-HHA license. Tuition assistance is available for qualified employees. Requirements

  • CHHA, CHHA license in progress, or CNA willing to get CHHA license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation with current insurance.
  • Able to work in the USA.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • TB test results and MMR immunity.
  • Physical exam within the last 11 months.

Nice To Haves

  • Completed CH-HHA courses with license in progress.
  • Qualified CNAs and PCAs willing to get CHHA license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide non-medical home care, personal care, companion care, and homemaking services.
  • Travel 10-30 miles to assigned cases.
  • Work 2 weekend shifts each month (may be split).
  • Work 1 evening shift each month.
  • Work 1 ON-CALL SHIFT each month.
  • Be available for all types of shifts including short shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, night shifts, weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Participate in the ON Call Caregiver Program.
