About The Position

RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an experienced CG Producer for a 6-month project. While this is a remote position, RUN Studios can only consider candidates currently residing in the following states at this time: CA, CO, FL, ID, MI, NJ, NY, OR, TX, WA. The CG Producer will lead the production of visually compelling, story-driven content across a variety of creative outputs. This role will oversee the planning, production, and delivery of CGI and motion design projects spanning product marketing, retail, packaging, and digital channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator who can engage stakeholders at all levels, manage vendor partnerships, and work seamlessly with creative teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a producer in CGI, motion design, video, post-production, or integrated advertising.
  • 4+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional creative projects from concept to delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience managing CGI and motion design production workflows and vendor relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative and technical teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of production work and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience producing campaigns for consumer or tech products.
  • Deep understanding of CGI and animation software workflows, particularly Cinema 4D and Adobe After Effects.
  • Proven ability to identify risks and proactively manage solutions throughout production.
  • Established network of post-production, motion, and photography vendors.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including art direction, design, writing, and marketing.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary producer and point of contact for CGI and animation projects across multiple media channels, including web, broadcast, social, and digital.
  • Bid, hire, and manage external CGI vendors and post-production partners while also producing projects directly with internal CG and 2D motion artists.
  • Partner closely with creative leads, art direction, copy, and project management teams to clarify requirements, define deliverables, and ensure project alignment.
  • Lead collaboration between internal artist teams and vendor retainers to streamline workflows, manage project files, and drive post-production efficiencies.
  • Oversee the full production lifecycle, from planning through final delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and creative integrity.
  • Manage budgets and track project costs in collaboration with project leads.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance creative, technical, and business priorities.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks.
  • Leverage technical understanding of Cinema 4D, After Effects, and related pipelines to inform production decisions and ensure effective collaboration between design and post-production teams.
