About The Position

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. This strategic financial leader will be responsible for enterprise financial performance, capital strategy, and governance. Acts as a trusted partner to the CEO and Board to drive long-term value creation, operational discipline, and financial transparency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership
• CFO or senior finance executive experience in manufacturing or consumer products
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field required
• Manufacturing finance expertise with deep understanding of cost structure and operations
• Commodity risk management experience (raw material volatility, hedging strategies)
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams
• Strong executive presence with board-level communication skills
• Track record of driving financial transformation and operational efficiency

Nice To Haves

• Experience in PE-backed or investor-driven environments preferred
• Big 4 accounting background preferred
• Durable consumer goods industry experience preferred
• MBA, MPA, CPA Certification or similar advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute financial strategy aligned to growth and profitability
• Lead planning, forecasting and performance management
• Improve financial operations, controls, and reporting
• Optimize capital structure, cash flow, and risk management
• Serve as primary financial interface to Board and investors
• Partner with Commercial Teams to drive profitable growth
