About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for overseeing multiple departments and financial operations.

Requirements

  • MBA in Finance or Accounting, or BA/BS in Finance or Accounting with 10+ years of experience, or AA/AS with 15+ years of appropriate experience with increasing responsibility.
  • 5+ years of experience overseeing multiple departments or disciplines, preferably in a non-profit, grant-funded environment.
  • 10+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to set up and maintain systems.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • IT knowledge.
  • Automated payroll system knowledge.
  • Ability to hear conversational voice, with or without a hearing aid.
  • Ability to see and read newsprint with or without corrective lenses.
  • Ability to speak and be understood under normal circumstances.
  • Ability to function within guidelines of Agency’s core values.
  • Identification with Agency mission.
  • Ability to build consensus and motivate employees.

  • Previous experience with Blackbaud.
