About The Position

We are seeking a talented consultant to join our CFO Services team. Rehmann’s Business Solutions group combines executive level talent with the latest technology tools to provide industry-specific financial guidance that drive and maximize bottom-line results. Our professionals provide our clients with flexible, customized financial solutions that support their key strategic decisions and day-to-day operations. This role will focus on managing and performing execution for CFO Services projects, leading fractional CFO support engagements, and driving improvement in areas such as developing dynamic financial models, providing financial leadership for budgeting and acquisitions, creating cash management and forecasting tools, working with management on key metrics, completing department assessments, and improving month-end closing processes. Additionally, the role involves leading CFO-oriented projects such as product/service cost studies, profitability analysis, ERP software utilization improvement, due diligence support, and refinance/restructuring efforts. A key aspect of this role is developing the sales pipeline and market for CFO services by working with the business development team, external referral networks, and community/industry organizations to drive opportunities for CFO Services and related transactional accounting outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Managing & performing execution for CFO Services projects
• Leading fractional CFO support engagements driving improvement in areas such as developing dynamic financial models, providing financial leadership and support with budgeting, acquisition and other key business processes, creating cash management and forecasting tools, working with management on key metrics and driving business improvement, completing department assessments, and improving month-end closing, reporting and analysis
• Leading CFO oriented projects in areas such as performing product or service cost studies, completing profitability by product or customer projects, improving ERP software utilization, supporting due diligence project for buy/sell side activities, and leading refinance or restructuring efforts
• Developing the sales pipeline and market for CFO services
• Working in the following areas to develop a sale pipeline: Internally with the business development team, Externally with the business referral networks, community and industry organizations
• Driving opportunities for CFO Services and related transactional accounting outsourcing
