About The Position

Gentell is a leading vertically integrated wound care company seeking a licensed nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, or LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will reside in the greater Baltimore area (Baltimore/Annapolis) and travel to various facility locations, including the eastern shore (Salisbury). This role involves day travel and occasional overnights, including early morning wound rounds. Periodic corporate training may require flight travel and hotel stays, with all travel arrangements and expenses covered. We prioritize employee and customer health and safety, providing full PPE and telehealth tools. Requirements

Valid healthcare license (RN, LPN, PT, OTR-L, DPM or similar) preferred but could be certified in the first year of hire
Exemplary customer service skills
Business savvy, sales-minded
Self-starter and work independently
Hard-working and motivated
Organized and detail-oriented
Must live in the area designated and be willing to travel on a daily basis

Responsibilities

Working with long-term care facilities in a designated territory to assist with wound assessments and treatment decisions
Monitoring proper application and utilization of wound care products
Understanding Medicare documentation and reimbursement guidelines
Educating facility staff on documentation that meets federal and state requirements
Ordering wound care products through our internal system “FastCare” for the residents to receive their products
Supporting facilities wound care programs by assisting with tracking, documentation, and understanding of the wound care products coverage guidelines
