About The Position

IWM LLC is a fast-growing water management and treatment company specializing in healthcare and senior-living environments. The company is committed to safety, compliance, professionalism, and building strong client partnerships, and is expanding throughout Ohio and neighboring states. This is a new position with significant opportunity for long-term growth. The Certified Water Operator will operate and monitor potable water systems under Class I certification authority in active healthcare and senior-living facilities. This is a field-based role requiring professionalism, independence, mechanical aptitude, and strong documentation skills.

Requirements

Active Class I Water Operator Certification (state-issued)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Knowledge of Ohio EPA public water system regulations and OSHA safety practices
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with piping and water systems
Ability to work independently in the field and document work accurately
Basic computer skills (mobile apps, email, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor potable water systems under Class I certification in healthcare and senior-living environments
Perform system inspections and monitor temperature, disinfectant residuals, pH, flow, and other key parameters
Collect field data, maintain accurate compliance documentation, and support regulatory reporting requirements
Perform basic mechanical tasks involving valves, pumps, recirculation systems, mixing valves, and related equipment
Support installation and monitoring of secondary disinfection systems and point-of-use filtration
Communicate findings clearly to supervisors and represent the company with professionalism at client sites
