Glenmore Veterinary Hospital is a growing, locally loved general practice in Chester County, PA, seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician. The hospital has a 7-doctor team dedicated to providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a difference in a community-focused veterinary hospital.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in a range of technical skills, including nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• A calm and efficient approach, especially in fast-paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively.
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about providing excellent patient care
• Dependable, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a growing practice

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge or experience with laser therapy is a plus!
• One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering treatments
• Monitoring anesthesia
• Performing lab work
• Guiding and supporting the medical team
• Ensuring an efficient workflow
