Requirements

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Own a master set of tools.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong drive to flag high hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs.
• Fix vehicles right the first time.
• Mentor the next generation of technicians (for those with a salary + commission comp plan).

Benefits

• Top Pay: $30 – $50+ / hr flat rate (based on experience)
• Seniority bonus can exceed $8500 per year
