- Certified through McDonald’s Leadership Transitions Class
Responsibilities
- Handle and oversee crew schedules
- Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to provide an outstanding guest experience
- Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards
- Take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- Cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant
- Drive and expect a high level of performance from the team
- Complete mandatory training on California’s new Allergen Disclosure law (ADDE)
- Help ensure all menu items are labeled for the 'Top 9' allergens
- Respond to guest allergen inquiries professionally
- Follow restaurant protocols to help protect guest safety and comply with state law
